Email soporte@steevin.com. Include your device model, iOS version, MemoTempo version and a clear description of the issue. Do not include private memory content unless it is essential to your request.

Reminders and Spotlight

Notification and Spotlight access can be reviewed in iOS Settings. MemoTempo also lets you disable Spotlight indexing from its Privacy settings.

Backups

Use Settings → Your Data → Export Backup to create a portable backup. Importing a backup merges its memories and history with the data already on the device.

Privacy

Read the MemoTempo Privacy Policy. MemoTempo is local-first and requires no account.
